If we as a country do not do anything to stop this behavior, it will be happening in our own neighborhoods. If we as a country do no more than send sternly worded letters, and slap ineffectually at the aggressor’s advances, we as a nation will be subsumed by the inhuman movement called islam – populated by muslims.

Do not tell me that there are “moderate” muslims, that these actions are being taken by a “small faction” of the followers of islam. If the rest of the followers of islam do not speak out against these atrocities, then the “moderate” muslims are just as guilty as the one who lit the match today.

“Oh, Cary, what about the radical so-called Christians?”

Show me three instances in the last two months where a “radical” Christian has acted in such a barbaric manner. I can point to ten times that many offenses by muslims in the last two weeks.

Show me a single time that radical Christians acted out at all, and were NOT immediately denounced, resisted, and rebuked by other Christians. I cannot point to a single instance where any of the beheadings or tortuous actions by members of islam were rebuked, denounced, or resisted by other members of islam; I can, in fact, remember one terrifying instance when islams worldwide were shown on television CELEBRATING the fall of the Twin Towers.

You know what? I don’t want to hear another whiney complaint about waterboarding. The only sound I want to hear in regards to these animals is the release of safeties on weapons of destruction, pointed at Every. Single. muslim. In. The. World.

islam is not a religion. It is a political method, run by imams, followed by jihadists, and using the dhimmis here in this country to continue to blow a smoke screen of confusion up everyone’s skirt.

I say again: rid the world of this ilk.

Because until we rid the world of these animals, they will continue to breed, and continue to act in the manner they have demonstrated. Guess what? I don’t want my daughter growing up in that kind of world.

Until/unless the people of this country get off their collective butts, and stop worrying about whether or not a bakery is being discriminatory by refusing service to someone and START being more concerned about the country as a whole, then we as a nation are lost.

Keep them loaded, keep them clean, keep them dry.

I’m going to borrow an idea that I saw this morning over on Chicks On The Right and ask you if you have ever really looked at your pay stub. Not just checking it for how much you get this pay period, and how much vacation you have saved up, but really looked at some of the numbers below the Amount Earned section.

The next time you get a pay check, stop and look. What if, instead of the withholding being done automatically, you had to write out a check to the government every time you got paid? What if tax day was every two weeks, instead of once a year? (or quarterly, if you are one of those evil rich people with your own business)

Would the amount of money you would be sending to the government every two weeks be enough to get your attention? Would the amount of money that Obama(THHO) and his cronies are spending every two weeks out of YOUR POCKET make you stop and say “Hmmm”?

What do you think you could do with the amount the government is mandating that you owe them? How much better could you be saving for retirement? How much more good could you be doing for those less fortunate? How much would the stress level about affording college for your children go down? Would you still be driving that 17 year old car that, while it’s paid off, still demands a lot of money in the form of repairs and upkeep? (full disclosure: I drive a 17 year old car, and it demands a lot of money every month in the form of repairs and upkeep)

There have been rumblings about disbanding the IRS and changing over to a flat or fair tax. Both are sound ideas. Personally, I like the idea of a consumer tax – you spend money, you pay a consumption tax. That way, everyone is being taxed proportionally. You have more moeny to spend? You pay more taxes. You don’t have as much to spend? You pay less taxes.

So, here’s your homework for next pay period. In the comments below, please tell me what your feelings are about supporting a government that takes so much from you, and please expound on the level of return you get for that investment.

A key phrase in the quote from Thomas Jefferson is “every friend of free government.” I submit that we do not have many friends of free government in the current administration, and Obama(THHO) is certainly included.

I get quotes like the one above from a wonderful little email newsletter (free, but with a lot of advertising) called The Patriot Post. Go here if you would like to subscribe; it’s very good reading. The newsletter usually expounds on the topics of the day, and include several quotes from contemporary sources also.

I am not compensated for the previous paragraph, I’m just letting you know where to go if you wonder where I stand on something.

Remember that one time when “Elections have consequences” was spoken by the then-president elect, and the conservatives of this country were beaten with it for a while? Remember when the newly minted Speaker of the House changed the rules so his party with a simple majority could ram things through without the “other side” – for example, the Affordable Healthcare Act? Remember when it was called a “Mandate of the People” when the current administration was voted in? Yeah, good times.

The left doesn’t remember any of that. In fact, they’ve done nothing but whine, cry, and deflect blame ever since it became clear that “their side” pretty much lost the election BECAUSE of Obama(THHO). Oh, and carry on like they can force every thing through in the next two months …

One leftist “representative” even called for civil war, with the illegal immigrants taking on the law-abiding citizens of this country. Yeah, declare war against a group that is pro-gun, while you are patently anti-gun. Good call. Let me know how that works out for you.

Did you execute your solemn duty, as office holder of “Citizen” today? Did you vote for the candidates that best represent what you believe in? Did you tell the representatives at all levels of the government what you expect from them?

My wife, TMBWitW, and I are registered to vote by absentee ballot. Not because we are too lazy to go to our polling place (although, in the fourteen years we have lived in this district the polling place has changed 16 times. yes, twice just before election day on two separate occasions) but because we like to sit down with the internet at our disposal and really comb through the final candidates. Yes, we’ve done preliminary investigations of their background/beliefs/voting record, but there’s nothing like a solid [search_engine_of_your_choice] session to solidify your reasoning behind your vote.

Failure to vote is an agreement to be enslaved.

A vote for ANY demoncRAT is, essentially, a vote against the principals of this nation, since any vote for a demoncRAT is a vote in support of Obama(THHO) and his policies.

Think about this: Are you more likely to be beheaded, ignored during a hostage situation, or exposed to a deadly virus now than you were six years ago?
