Illegals On Parade

1. With the planned “Illegals on Parade” march here in Phoenix set for later today, the traffic this morning was very light. Could the organizers of this event please plan more of these? Like, every day? My commute didn’t have any jerks, cutoffs, or late lane changers. Might make me enjoy driving again.
2. With the planned “Illegals on Parade” march here in Phoenix set for later today, why doesn’t the ICE take this opportunity to do some profiling? My guess is that if word got out that all marchers would be checked for legality, the numbers would drop from “100,000” to more like “3,000” real quick. Plus, it would be a head start on deporting the illegal immigrants that needs to happen.
Oh, wait – that would ruin the traffic patterns again. On the other hand, I could get back to my “Driving Me Crazy” series…

I’ve been wondering for some time now why we haven’t been taking advantage of these excellent opportunities to deport tens of thousands of illegals who happen to be rounding themselves up for us. Oh well, nobody said that our elected officials were smart.
On the other hand, most of us, for years, have been harping about how dumb they are…
