Busy, Busy, Busy.
April 17th, 2006 . by CaryThis last weekend being Easter weekend, I needed more time in the day to accomplish everything I wanted/needed to. On the other hand, the music sounded terrific in church (we even had a visitor compliment our six voice “choir” on how good we sounded), the new security door on B&B’s house looks terrific, and the cat room is clean.
I will be busier than ever for the next two weeks, so if I don’t update that’s why. I am transistioning my employment to a new opportunity – I will be working from home, with very flexible hours – so I will be working on setting up a home office in the train room.
While I have enjoyed working here, I am looking forward to moving on to another position, where the pay is higher, the benefits are a bit better, and did I mention I would be working from home? No, not stuffing envelopes – I’ll be designing kitchens and ordering the cabinets for the field crew to install.
Good luck on the new job!
Sounds like a dream job. However, you won’t have anyone to complain to about the condition of the break room.
After you get your first million I Have first dibs for the job of carrying your briefcase full of money and saying, “Yes SIR!” to every remark you make…
Jenn – Thank you very much.
jarhead – on the up side, the nap room is always ready…
pry – actually, I have a certain current employer in mind for that position! But, if he declines the opportunity, I will certainly keep you in mind.
