OK, so I’m not as stiff and sore as I was yesterday, but this metal splinter in the tip of my right middle finger sure makes typing harder than it was. If only I had a super-powerful magnet that would just pull the splinter out, instead of having to dig around in there trying to get it…

Since it is Good Friday, TMBWitW is off work and we are going to spend the day together – as soon as she wakes up. MEG has been up and down a few times, and my sleep schedule is so whacked it’s not even funny. Tonight I’ll be driving a twelve hour shift – if anything amusing comes up, I will let you know.

Hammer – thanks – I finally got it out using “New Skin” which is a kind of glue for cuts, and when it cured I peeled it off and the splinter (which I couldn’t grab with the tweezers and couldn’t get a good enough purchase on to cut out with the carpenter’s scalpel) came right out.
Richard – I appreciate your comment. Some people have mentioned it, but it’s always good to know others see the results, too. 🙂
BTW, my most sincere of apologies! I didn’t get your package off until yesterday; work has been frantic and, well, no excuses. But you should receive it soon!

The Bing West article is pretty much the only MSM article I’ve seen that mentions the DPSA; the only other mention I’ve seen was on Murtha’s own website. Of course, he doesn’t allow comments on his site…
