Less Than A Month!

November 30th, 2006 . by Cary

Yes, less than a month before the little girl arrives. Are you in the Baby Pool? Well, get there! Over 800 BlogMad credits…

Tomorrow is Friday; I’ll try to get a reminder up for you to Wear Red and Support our Troops. I’ll be stylin’ in my new “Lighting Sharp” red polo.

Let me jump in here with a traffic tip: If the BIG FLASHING ARROWS are indicating a closed lane ahead, slow down and change lanes to the lane that continues. Avoid the urge to run right up to the BIG FLASHING ARROWS to force your way in at the last possible second. If you do it again, I will beat you to a pulp while asking why you are so much more important than the rest of us waiting patiently to get through the construction…

We now return you to your regularly scheduled blog.

Thank you for stopping by, God bless you all, Wear Red on Fridays, and get in on the Baby Pool!

BIG problem around here with that same thing since our Interstate that runs literally right behind me is constantly under some kind of construction. I hate it too. If I see that there is going to be an attempt by someone to do it I usually just block them from doing so.I have a truck thats a V-10 vortec;I haven’t lost that battle yet. 🙂

Yeah, I’ve started to drift into the lane that is shutting down, if someone wants to cut the line the have to very obviously swing wide around me. It’s not a big truck, but a QX4 does have some presence.

Big problem here since Atlanta is ALWAYS in construction mode. And I hate it when drivers see a lane running out and step on it to force their way ahead of other drivers in the continueing lane. Hubby is one of those drivers. I tell him all the time “you are the kind of driver that gives me a bad day.” Good post, Cary!!
