Donations, Please

I’m running as an Independent with Common Sense.
I will not accept any donations to fund my word-of-mouth campaign.
If you feel so strongly about me being the next President of the United States, then make a donation to the nearest animal shelter, woman’s shelter, or service organization. (some examples of service organizations would be the American Legion or the Disabled American Veterans) You can dedicate your donation to my write-in campaign, or, better yet, dedicate it to the service of the veteran in your life.

I participate in the “Combined Federal Campaign” every year. It allows us to pick from thousands of charities to give to. I’ve been picking the ASPCA for the last couple of years. They’re nothing like the PETA freaks. They do good stuff.
I used to think that they were just another left-wing group until “Animal Cops” came out. I’m glad that Animal Planet put that show out. The ASPCA is a good bunch of folks.
The ASPCA, the North Shore Animal League, Best Friend Animal Sanctuary, your home state’s Humane Society, and the Humane Society United States are all great outfits, and we donate to them on a regular basis. We also support K-LOVE with a monthly pledge, and other charities as they prove themselves worthy. Since we are very research-conscious, not many of the “charities” actually get considered beyond the initial Google Search.
