Well, we had an interesting weekend.

Traded the J30 in for a 2005 Camry. Best deal we have made in ages. Driving confidence is back, the Camry has a nice smooth ride (on par with the J30) and the features in/on the Camry are comparable to the J30’s amenities – little things, like the automatic climate control – set a temperature, and the system cools/heats to that setting. Very nice.

I finally got a chance to check out Speed Street – an indoor kart racing business on Bell Road and 67th Ave. If you are in the area – go check them out. Talk about an aderenaline rush. Tight, twisty track, with some serious karts – not the shifter variety, but still pretty quick and agile.

TMBWitW and I are going on a short vacation to the Mouse House West, and having a dog-sitter come in and watch the house and dogs … oh, yeah, and the cats too. We’ll be gone all week, I probably won’t be back on line until Monday – yes indeed, a real vacation, with no internet access! WooHoo!
